Terms and Conditions
These terms cover use of the Colture Consulting website. They are not a contract for paid work. A booked conversation is a conversation until a separate agreement says otherwise.
Using the site
These terms apply to coltureconsulting.com. Using the pages means you agree to them. If you do not agree, leave the site.
The pages describe Colture Consulting's practice: Monday.com implementation, custom integrations, and app development, and other software implementation, API integrations, custom apps, and AI services. They are information. They are not advice for a particular company, and they are not an offer that becomes a contract when you keep reading.
Scheduling a conversation holds a time on Google Calendar. It does not hire Colture. Paid work starts only when a separate agreement says so. That agreement, not these terms, governs the work, the fee, and the client data in a system Colture configures.
What you may not do
Do not break the site, probe it for a weakness, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or present Colture's words as your own service. Do not use the booking page to send anything other than a genuine request.
Words and marks
The text, the layout, and the Colture mark on this site belong to Colture Consulting. You may link to a page. You may not copy the site and present it as yours.
Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft, Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude are trademarks of their owners. Colture is not affiliated with them unless stated.
Links to Google Calendar, LinkedIn, Monday.com, and other sites leave these terms. Those sites have their own terms and privacy notices.
The pages as published
The pages are published as they stand. Colture does not warrant that a page is complete for your situation or that the site will be available without interruption.
Colture is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of the public site. A claim about a paid engagement belongs to that engagement's agreement.
Questions about these terms go to the booking page or the Colture LinkedIn page. The Privacy Policy covers what the site collects.

FAQs
Does Booking a Call Hire Colture?
No. The booking page holds a time. Paid work starts only under a separate agreement.
Are the Pages Professional Advice?
No. The pages describe the practice. Advice for a company starts in a conversation about that company.
